We are looking for a new person to join our team at the earliest opportunity (aka as soon as possible) who can ideally do anything and is completely fear-free..
At the very least, however, we need someone who either has a degree in architecture or landscape architecture and/or is an engineer. Furthermore, you should have work experience in the field of construction supervision and implementation planning in LP 5-8 to such an extent that you can (after a short training period) work independently at project management level. In addition, you should not be afraid of people and have not only the willingness but also the pleasure to travel regularly to our construction sites. If construction supervision is secretly what your heart beats for (but you never dare to say it because the creative people always make such a show of it), you've come to the right place!
Rhino is not a wild animal for you, you can use common AVA programs (we use NovaAVA) with your eyes closed, you have already used Microsoft Office programs Word and Excel for your homework in elementary school and then maybe you also have skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign? Plus, you have at least an affinity for skateboarding (let's say you can tell it from a roller skate...) and were just looking to do something new anyway? Then we'd love to get to know you!
We offer you a workplace between unspeakably friendly colleagues [and their pets], with the most diverse backgrounds and a wide cross-section of tasks and topics between skatepark planning, cultural projects and urban development and you have our full trust and support from the very beginning. You can flexibly arrange your working hours of 35 hours per week and of course we will provide you with your working equipment. Because diversity is important not only in our work, but also for our team, we are particularly happy to receive applications from people with a migration background, people with disabilities and people of all ages.
If you are interested, please send us an uncomplicated mail so that we can invite you for a coffee as soon as possible (just kidding! Of course we have to zoom first) to: apply@endboss.eu.
PS: If you can't do one of the above requirements, but contact us anyway without fear, you'll get a slice of strawberry cream pie with your coffee!

* Unfortunately, our offices are not wheelchair accessible. However, working from a home office is possible and we will work to find other solutions. If you have any questions about barrier restrictions, feel free to contact Ivana directly - either by mail: i@endboss.eu or by phone at 0176-32828477.
