Julia once studied ecological agriculture at the University of Kassel in Witzenhausen. However, university politics and voluntary work in a cultural association ultimately led her to prefer becoming an event manager. Back in her hometown of Hanover, she took herself to urban gardening and was later responsible for a biodynamically managed market garden here in the region. She is probably a businesswoman with a green thumb, who does everything she can to understand the world and likes to rack her brains on how we could make it even more beautiful. So somewhere between organization, structure, design and diversity, she is happy to receive a wide variety of impressions and perspectives on processes of all stripes. At endboss she is the administrative good soul and manages the office and team.
